Turn any URL into a website thumbnail you can embed with a plain <img> tag: link directories, portfolios, "sites we like" pages, dashboards. The image URL is signed, so your API key never appears in your HTML.
The tool calls GET /v1/screenshot/url, which is free and returns a signed link like https://shotmint.creasework.com/s/<key-id>.png?url=…&sig=…. When a browser loads that link, we render the page in real Chromium and cache the PNG for 24h. Anyone can view the image, but nobody can change its parameters or use your key for other pages. Make thumbnails for many sites in code:
curl "https://shotmint.creasework.com/v1/screenshot/url?url=https://example.com&width=1280&height=800" -H "X-API-Key: YOUR_KEY"
# → {"url": "https://shotmint.creasework.com/s/AbC123xYz_09.png?url=https%3A%2F%2Fexample.com&width=1280&height=800&sig=…"}
Signed parameters: url, width, height, full_page, mobile, device_scale_factor, block_ads, dark_mode, delay, wait_until, hide_selectors. Details in the docs. Want a one-off image instead? Use the free screenshot tool or the mobile version.
Pay-as-you-go with no subscription: €5 buys 2,000 thumbnails and credits never expire. Cached repeats are free, and the credit link is always optional. See packs
