Seller. Shotmint is operated by Léo Quinsac, an individual entrepreneur in France (see the legal notice). These terms apply to every credit purchase.
Service. Shotmint provides an API and web tools that render web pages and HTML into images and PDFs. Credits are purchased in prepaid packs; one credit is consumed per successful render.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in EUR. Credits do not expire while the service operates.
Right of withdrawal and refunds. Consumers have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. Credits are digital content delivered immediately; by buying, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for credits you have already used (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28 13°). Unused credits stay refundable: we refund unused packs in full within 14 days of purchase, and partially used packs pro rata for the unused credits. To withdraw, contact us with your key prefix or send any clear statement. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
Acceptable use. You may not use the service to render content that is illegal, to attack or scan third-party systems, to bypass access controls, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend keys involved in abuse; unused credits for keys suspended for abuse are not refunded.
Availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. For business customers, liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights of consumers, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (French Consumer Code, art. L224-25-12 et seq.).
Keys. API keys are bearer credentials. Keep them secret; anyone holding a key can spend its credits.
Disputes and mediation. These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be settled through a written complaint to us, consumers may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator (art. L612-1 French Consumer Code); see the legal notice. Consumers may also go to the courts of their place of residence.
Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
